Technical Advantages

2. Huazhi's unique nylon hot wire wrapped wire product is optimized and improved through continuous optimization and improvement of the wrapping process and baking shaping process, making the wire layer distribution of the product uniform and stable in every inch. Customers have advantages such as high wire yield, strong coil adhesion, high coil hardness, and easy demolding during use.
3. The irregular cross-section product has broken through the limit of width to thickness ratio 141 (see IEC 60317-0-2: 2020 Table 2) and successfully reduced the width to thickness ratio to 1, that is, the square shaped wire structure has also lowered the R-angle radius from the industry limit of 0.5m to 0.020mm (see IEC 60317-0-2020 Table 3)
